HYROX at Brasília Fitness Open

On September 5 and 6, BFO Fitness Race brings together running and functional stations in a competition inspired by the HYROX format.

There are 50 registrations per category: 600 places for sale, corresponding to up to 1,300 registered athletes — 200 in individual categories, 500 in doubles and 600 in foursomes.

OUTLIER Performance Assessment

Your finish time shows how long you took. The OUTLIER Performance Assessment reveals where you lost time and what to improve before your next race.

Using your competition data, you receive a personal visual analysis that is easy to understand. It shows:

• your most challenging stations;
• where fatigue affected your performance;
• the areas with the greatest potential for improvement;
• a projection of how much your time could improve;
• your likelihood of reaching the podium in your category.

You can stop training in the dark and see exactly where you gained time, where you lost it and what to focus on next.

It goes beyond your race result. It is a detailed picture of your performance.

When purchased with a ticket, the OUTLIER Assessment costs R$ 25,90 per athlete and is selected by default at checkout. The add-on is optional and can be removed before payment.

If an athlete adds the Assessment after completing registration, the later purchase costs R$ 35,90 per athlete.

HYROX Simulation awards

The cash award for 1st place in each category is:

• Women's Open Individual: R$ 900
• Men's Open Individual: R$ 900
• Women's Pro Individual: R$ 1.500
• Men's Pro Individual: R$ 1.500
• Women's Open Doubles: R$ 1.100
• Men's Open Doubles: R$ 1.100
• Mixed Doubles: R$ 1.200
• Women's Pro Doubles: R$ 1.400
• Men's Pro Doubles: R$ 1.400
• Women's Foursome: R$ 1.000
• Men's Foursome: R$ 1.000
• Mixed Foursome: R$ 1.000

2nd and 3rd place in each category receive an exclusive kit, with no cash award.

Race format

The course alternates eight 1 km running segments with eight stations:

2. 50 m Sled Push
3. 50 m Sled Pull
4. 80 m Burpee Broad Jumps
5. 1,000 m Row
6. 200 m Farmer's Carry
7. 100 m Sandbag Lunges
8. 100 Wall Balls

Athlete information

• Minimum age in the current event rules: 16 years.
• Athletes aged 16 or 17 need authorization and accompaniment by a legal guardian.
• An official photo ID is required at check-in.
• The organizer will publish the final heat schedule and check-in procedures.
• The organizer may adjust times and operational details before the event.
