Check-in and starts

Check your registration and start time in the Registered Athletes and Schedule tabs.

Arrive at the check-in and warm-up area at least 30 minutes before your heat.

Joining a later heat after arriving late requires the organizer's approval, an available place and suitable operating conditions. If approved, 10 minutes will be added to the final time. If this is not possible, the athlete will be disqualified and will not receive a valid time.

Technical briefing

Participation in the online technical briefing is mandatory. It covers exercise standards, arena procedures, scoring and penalties.

Absence without a reason accepted by the organizer may prevent an athlete from starting, with no refund.

Doubles participation

Partners must run together and enter stations together. Both athletes must be present at the start and finish of each station.

Partners may divide the work at stations freely, while following the rule that one athlete works and the other rests when applicable.

Partners cannot be changed during the competition.

Timing and results

The timing chip must be worn throughout the race as instructed by the organizer. Athletes may not remove or exchange it or compete without it.

The official time is the time published on the event leaderboard, subject to correction of inconsistencies identified by the organizer.

Hydration and equipment

There will be at least one official hydration point on the course.

Athletes who want specific nutrition must carry it from the start. Receiving food, supplements or drinks from others during the race counts as outside assistance and may lead to a penalty or disqualification.

Items such as knee sleeves, gloves, lifting belts, wrist wraps, hydration packs, watches and heart rate straps are allowed.

Awards

The top three athletes in each category will receive flags, medals and possibly sponsor gifts.

Awards are presented exclusively at the official podium according to the schedule. Winners must attend when called.
